We primarily lease agricultural land suitable for paddy, horticulture, or orchard cultivation. Preference is given to well-irrigated or rain-fed land with clear ownership documents.

Any individual, family, or trust owning agricultural land with proper title documents can lease to us. The land must be free from legal disputes.

We typically lease land for 2 to 5 years, depending on crop cycles and mutual agreement. Shorter or longer terms may be considered based on land use.

Lease rent is paid on a monthly or annual basis, directly to the landowner's registered bank account. Payment terms are clearly mentioned in the lease agreement.

Yes. Once leased, Rent Reap takes full responsibility for land preparation, cultivation, labor management, and harvesting using sustainable and tech-driven methods.

Absolutely. A legally binding registered lease agreement is signed between the landowner and Rent Reap, ensuring transparency and protection for both parties.

After the lease term, the land is returned in good condition. We may also offer to renew the lease upon mutual consent.

No permanent changes or structures will be made without the landowner’s written consent. Our operations are primarily surface-level farming activities.

No. Once leased, Rent Reap manages everything. Landowners are always welcome to visit the fields and see how their land is being utilized.
