Yes, we sign a registered lease agreement ensuring clarity on payment terms, lease duration, responsibilities, and exit clauses. 

Yes. To ensure smooth cultivation, the land should be handed over without encumbrances or active farming during the lease. 

Early termination terms will be clearly mentioned in the agreement. In most cases, a notice period and compensation apply.
